Phillip Island Park Lane Holiday Park

This was a great caravan park to stay at, we stayed at an ensuite caravan site, the ensuite was updated and in great clean condition, the location was so good, we were walking distance to a restaurant and next door to Amaze n things, and we were given a 50% off voucher to amaze n things because we stayed at the caravan park. We were able to bring our own fire pit which we could set up close to the kids play areas so the adults could relax while the kids played, highly recommend, we would absolutely stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay at Phillip Island Park Lane Holiday Park! (13-15 Feb 2026) The amenities were excellent – the toilets were always very clean, and the common kitchen area was spotless and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool was nice and clean, and the kids absolutely loved it. The powered sites were spacious and convenient. The only small downside was that the grass-free areas became a bit muddy and dusty at times, but overall it didn’t take away from our great experience. Highly recommend this park for families and anyone looking for a comfortable and well-kept place to stay on Phillip Island!

We stayed here for 3 nights in a ensuite which was near new and modern. Very happy until...we went down to the camp kitchen, games room and pool...very disappointed that I'm not the only family that complained about the gross green pool that has so much filth and what looks like sand(staff at reception told me is sand but is still safe to swim in) on the bottom. They are not doing anything to remove the sand or filth from the bottom of the pool and keep saying its safe to swim let alone children! I would be putting the money we pay to stay there to good use and cleaning the pool until its BLUE not green! False advertising that you have a clean blue pool on your website ans yet we get there and find a green pool with sand and filth on the bottom. Disgusting. I dont know where this parks money goes to cos the camp kitchen is so old and run down. The fridge and freezer are from the 90s it seems and we had to fight for space for our food and drinks in it!! Then the bbqs we actually had to pay to use! And the games room every game to pay. I think this park relies heavily on you spending money at amaze and things cos otherwise your kids will get bored. No pool, no free games, no jumping pillows. This is the crappiest big4 partner or not park we have stayed at and we have stayed at a lot! Would not recommend you stay here with kids and have a hard think during summer cos the pool is dirty and can't use. Never again. Will def go to the other big4 philip island next time!

We stayed a couple of nights early Jan and just LOVED it. The park is great! Everything you need is there and you are really close to everything in town. We stayed in a lovely cabin that had a nice bath and lovely front deck which was the perfect spot for breakfast. Hope to return again soon! Would happily recommend to families, couples and solos! Just a lovely stay! ☺️🤩😊
