Absolutely fantastic experience at Frankston Swimming! The instructors are professional, friendly, and really know how to make learning fun for all ages. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. My children have improved so much in their confidence and skills since joining. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality swimming lessons in a supportive environment!

😓😓😓😓A 40minutes drive all the way from Glen Waverley on a 40+ degree day. Very excited for the water slides and pools. Parking was $4 for 2 hours. There were a lot of people so we decided to rent a locker. But the locker door wouldn't open after we've paid $3. The reception staff kindly offered me a temporary member card to open another locker. But the new locker door wouldn't close. We were told to ask the lifeguards for help with the locker. After asking for help, no one came to help us. After standing still and walking around for 26+ minutes waiting for help. We've decided to get a refund. However, they can only refund the tickets but not the parking, locker hire, fuel and all the excitement we had for this pool. 😐😐😮💨😮💨🥲😓😓😞

Great experience!
My daughter does Physio there and it’s amazing.
The water in the warm pool is so comfortable temperature. A few times I had to go in to help physio engage my daughter and I fully enjoyed their experience.
Definitely coming back!

PARC “lifeguards” nearly cost me my daughter’s life. Truthfully if I could leave a review that had no stars I would. Whilst I am completely aware I am responsible for my children at a swimming pool, you’d think if you saw a baby drowning in a pool in front of you, you’d jump in to save them, instead I had to pull my daughter from the water myself. I looked to my right to check on my other child for one second and looked back and she was under. When I noticed, the guard also noticed and I made it to her before him and was screaming “HELP, SHE’S DROWNING!” And he did nothing. Your “lifeguards” need better training and need to be a lot more attentive on shift. Talking to their peers and staring off into the distance shouldn’t be of more priority than the children in the pool. My 3 year old was minutes away from losing her life today and after I pulled her from the water he just stood there. THEN, while I’m crying and checking on my daughter, RIGHT after it happened, I had an incident report form shoved in my face and was offered some water. Just absolutely appalling from the lifeguards on duty and senior lifeguard today. We won’t return.

Avoid! Avoid ! Avoid !
I have been a "full" member for four months. However not at one minute of the four months have they been able to provide "full access". However the "FULL" premium membership price has been. Not at one point in the entire time have all the lockers been accessible, meaning everyone has bags all over the place making it a hot spot for thefts.
Poor quality, with faulty equipment venue wide. From gym equipment that is consistently offline. The entry gates both to the centre a faulty have have been the whole time. The entry to the gym has been broken no less than the last 6-8 weeks with the exit gate wide open. Change rooms have been closed for 16+ weeks, no warm water access, so no hot showers - ongoing, pool access - now in its 6th week with a further 4 weeks!
However no discount on the "full rate"! Poor management, Frankston Council needs to review this breach of contract!
Avoid! Cant recommend highly enough to find another quality establishment
