Phillip Island Apartments

Had a wonderful stay. Very positive. Clean room. Lyn at the front desk is super kind and caring. Very lovely to have her greet us and take care of all our inquiries with a friendly smile and very helpful attitude. Thankyou Lyn:)

Very spacious and well maintained apartment. Perfectly equipped kitchen for self catering. Close to cafes, restaurants and grocery shops.

Amazingly situated within Cowes, with a smooth check in procedure. The rooms themselves have been renovated fairly recently, and are clean and well furnished! The living rooms could do with a standing lamp. We were happy to receive some complimentary wine and chocolates for the New Year period. All staff we passed by were friendly and polite. I will say that if you had accessibility needs, many of the rooms are situated up quite long flights of stairs - maybe it would be worthwhile calling reception about the rooms available when you book. We had a room directly outside the pool and spa area. It became exceedingly obvious throughout the course of our 5 day stay that the many groups of five to ten 15-18 year olds (none of whom appeared to be related) using the pool and spa were not guests of the hotel. They tended to stay at the pool and spa for many hours, playing loud music and loudly talking and swearing, before leaving through the open back gate. I think that if management took steps to reduce this behaviour, it would greatly benefit the actual paying guests of the hotel. Another note about the pool and spa: the spa water has a slightly strange greenish colour, and the pool is unheated (so you can only use it in a colder day if you are brave!) Overall, would recommend!

We stayed here on a busy weekend on 6th January. Stayed in apartment 29.Felt very welcomed when we arrived. Everything explained to us very clearly. Checking in was a breeze. The room was amazing! Clean and tidy the linens were crisp and white same with the towels. Plenty of room inside with 2 bathrooms and a toilet separating them. King bed in 1 room and 2 singles in the other. Plenty of seating in the lounge and dining. Kitchen had all the appliances that were needed. There was also a washer and dryer in the second bathroom. Everything was in walking distance to the main street of Cowes to the Esplanade. Will definitely be coming back to stay.
