Had a fairly great experience with them, in comparison with the other one *cough* G**dByes *cough* Swop took a few of my items and gave a fair reasons of why they didn’t take the rest, also in store experience was fantastic, staff were friendly and helpful. The system is easy to use. I would give them 5 star if they folded my clothes or at least didn’t make them all wrinkled up. Edit: one extra star for the excellent team with their amazing communication style. (They reached out in regards to my review with an sincere email)

4 and a half stars Great place to visit. Passionate staff. Great selection of interesting pieces. I got a pair of Y-3 Spring 2014 Yohji Yamamoto X Adidas “Hi! My Name Is YOHJI” Geta Platform Wedge Sandals in great condition for $249. Will definitely shop and visit swop again.

I went in for the first time and loved the service from the moment I walked through the door. I dropped off some clothes and 3 out of the 5 items were accepted. I had the option of receiving 30% cash or 50% store credit, and I chose the store credit because the items they have are so cute! The staff were very kind and helpful. I asked about the items they didn’t take and was told there are many factors involved, such as current trends, the likelihood of the item selling, the season, and their existing stock. It felt very honest and I really appreciated the feedback. I recommend checking their website beforehand to see what brands they accept and what they are currently looking for. I’m very happy with my new clothes and will definitely be back. Thank you SWOP team!
