Lovely, knowledgeable staff who were genuinely keen to explain and show us around, especially Vicky, who was wonderful. We were also warmly welcomed by the staff pet, Brooke the Staffy, which added such a lovely personal touch to the visit. The museum is beautifully presented and brings the history of The Man from the Snowy River to life. It’s not only about Jack Riley, but also thoughtfully showcases the lives of other notable local people, especially those who served in the World Wars. Make sure you check out the video clips on the TV, and don’t miss the back part of the museum, the replica village is a fantastic touch and really shows how people lived in those days. Absolutely worth a visit if you’re in Corryong.
