I work in the disability industry and have been coming in every Wednesday evening for many years I believe through three name changes of the venue and charged the same rate which is expected.. come last Wednesday we came in and spoke to a different staff member an older man with glasses who first of all wanted to charge me a standard rate, then when I told him about the normal rate we pay he told me that was wrong and the disability rate ends at 3pm and I've been getting the disability rate at the evening which is wrong.. I find this interesting as I didn't realise disabilities finished at a certain time.. anyway as I tried to make my point he became rude and very unpleasant to deal with. Have always had a positive experience with this venue however this person has left us with a sour taste.
Jai did awesome by HIMSELF,, had no help, and no other staff on. definitely deserves a raise or a generous bonus
Could not recommend enough. The kids have an absolute ball everytime we come in and the staff are absolutely amazing with their customer service and interacting with the kids and helping them enjoy their time. The change in management has made a huge difference, Dan is definitely the right man for the job. Come in regularly with the kids and will keep coming back, always have fun as a family when we visit.
Found this hidden gem in Coffs Harbour, I had no idea this place existed! it was a fun experience. One round of bowling for two people cost $32. Lots of maintenance happening at the time so we had to get switched to another lane. Afterwards we got a game card for the arcade. It was fun but there isn’t too much you can do in comparison to time zone but it was definitely better than nothing. There seems to be a kitchen as well but it wasn’t operational at the time. We looked at the menu and were quite surprised how cheap everything looked. $3 for a can of soft drink isn’t something you see much. There wasn’t too much variety of prizes either for the tickets so we just got a bunch of lollies. overall it’s another place you can go to. There were only two staff on at the time one with fixing the lane and another was trying to serve and help the fella.
The manager here is amazing and super patient. He’s always on his own and has to manage everything which is a lot! Hopefully they can support him because he’s doing an amazing job on his own considering all the people he has to serve. This place is definitely only good because of him and his polite helpful nature!!!
