Located in the heart of the historic village of Berrima, with the location first chosen in 1834, taking another 3 years to complete construction. Built of hand-hewn sandstone in Regency style, the Courthouse was used to convict criminals through to 1900 and saw crimes from cattle steeling through to notorious bushrangers and murderers.

Starting every 30 minutess in the "Captain Starlight Theatrette" then proceeding at your own pace through the various rooms of the courthouse, viewing such things as "The Berrima Quilt" display. Photographs of the German internees and p.o.w's off the German first world war ship the Emden including their many and various exploits in and around Berrima. A timeline, First Fleet room, holding cell's and finally their presentation "Treachery Treason & Murder" in the grand courtroom itself.
