About

Mawarra Retreat is a private two bedroom, two bathroom bush property set on a quiet rural block in Clarence Town, NSW, just over two hours north of Sydney.

The home sleeps up to four guests and is designed for couples, friends reconnecting, or anyone in need of genuine rest. Inside, spotted gum timber floors, a fully equipped kitchen with double oven and gas cooktop, a gas fireplace, and a comfortable living area create a warm, unhurried base. The master bedroom includes an ensuite with an indoor bath looking out across the bush, a standout feature of the property. A second bedroom and bathroom complete the space.

A generous deck runs along the front of the home with direct bush views, outdoor seating and egg chairs. A fire pit is available in cooler months. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Wallaroo National Park is across the road. Nelson Bay and Port Stephens and its beaches, including dog friendly Bagnalls Beach, are under an hour's drive.

Mawarra is listed on Airbnb and available for short stays year-round.
