31 The Rocks came highly recommended to us by our friends and did not disappoint. So many personal and special touches in our cabin as we celebrated our special occasion. Nicci welcomed us and was available throughout our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful walks around the property, the amazing views from the lookout and the fire in our cabin. A peaceful location and close enough to walk to town. We loved every moment of our stay at 31 The Rocks and I think we'll be back. Thank you for having us you have an amazing place, Nicci.

Our weekend getaway to 31 The Rocks was simply perfect in every way. A great place to relax, unwind and reset. From the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by Nicci, to the cosy and very well appointed cottage and the very peaceful surroundings, we immediately felt relaxed. Our cottage was clean, cosy, well maintained and appointed. The fireplace ensured a cosy atmosphere and perfectly complimented the stunning sunset views from the deck. On our second afternoon we took Nicci’s advice and took walking track 1 to the top of the hill for even more stunning views of our surroundings. The property is located close to town, but feels a million miles away as it is so peaceful. Great dining options are nearby or get supplies in town for a night in - BBQ on the deck is a great addition. We will definitely be back!

We had driven by 31 the rocks on previous visits to Stanthorpe, and so glad we were able to stay this visit. The walks and sunset views were incredibly beautiful. The local produce was very much enjoyed thank you.🙏 Your attention to detail in the accommodation was not missed, (we did not want for anything but more time there),the ambience was so relaxing, but of course work beckons. Fabulous little hide away to stay for the weekend. Easy to find as it is well sign posted. Lovely bush walk right at your back door. They definitely care for their patrons as the homes are so clean and tidy and fresh. We would definately return to stay again.

Great location on the outskirts of town makes everything accessible but still seem remote. Very calm and relaxing and the Villa was very comfortable and welcoming. Great surrounds with the serenity. Nicci is an awesome host.
