Bunderra Springs is an Operating Avocado Farm situated on 137 acres, located 4 kms from the town of Blackbutt.

With plenty to see and experience including the Local Pub - Radnor Hotel, Eateries, Bakery, Janet Skinner Gallery, Roy Emmerson Museum and Unique Shops, relax in the Les Muller Park, regular markets and events in the Showground or play a round at the Blackbutt Golf Club.

The town is also a gateway to the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail, which offers cycling opportunities with shuttle services available. Close by is the State Forest.

Also, there is good phone coverage over most of the block.

The farm has a number of dams, one being quite large and very refreshing on a hot day, lots of wildlife and magnificent 180 views, at night, the sky will take your breath away.
