They promise quiet, comfortable and upmarket accommodation at a low everyday price. The Riverlakes motel is like no other.
Easy walking distance to Caboolture town centre and Caboolture Sports Centre or an easy drive to Morayfied Shopping Centre and North Lakes newly developed mega precent.
Boutique upmarket accommodation. You will hardly believe you are in a motel as the rooms are spacious and modern. More like a resort than a motel.

Brilliant room, accessible just what l needed. The best service and they make your bed daily, add items you may need this is service many motels including 5 star no longer offer, they could learn from this motel. Have another booking in July looking forward to our break. Highly recommended this motel.

Lovely clean place, bed very comfortable. Everything you need in the room, small fairly private courtyard. Pretty quiet seen as close to main road. Small pool and laundry available. Close enough to shops to walk.

Going to say this is a lovely little spot to pull into if you're looking for a spot to stay near the lakes. The lady in reception is absolutely lovely and a real pleasure to talk to. Pros: Right near the lakes and backs onto the river. Room has aircon in main room View from the verandah of the river (Family Room) Little bottle of milk in fridge. Amazing staff. Unfortunately there are a couple of things to note, and whether these matter will depend on your own circumstances. Cons: Door cannot be locked or deadbolted or chained from inside. Unfortunately this means that children that elope have little to stop them. The carparks are not allocated to rooms so unfortunately after coming home from dinner we had to park in the visitor parking which meant carrying sleeping children the length of the site down to our room. The shower isn't great if you are tall. We are a touch over 6ft and the shower head can only be tilted to reach around the top of our back. Have to do some contortions to get your head under. Would be fine for shorter people though. Overall a lovely stay, would like to see some kind of internal lock for the families room if we were to stay again.
