GirlsTrek is a female-founded and female-led company that has run guided hiking trips exclusively for women since 2010. Its small-group trips, for up to 12 women, run for 3 to 5 days across Queensland including Lamington NP, Noosa Hinterland and the Sunshine Coast and , with further trips around Australia and overseas. Most guests are aged 40 and over, and many travel solo. Each trip is graded for fitness, from easy walking to challenging trekking, so women can choose the right level. Days combine guided walks on well-known trails such as the Noosa Coastal Trail, Tooloona Creek Circuit and Morans Falls, and kayaking in the Noosa Everglqades, with stays at family-run accommodation, dinners at local restaurants, and time with local producers and makers such as Lily Pily Farm. Experienced guides handle every detail, so guests can walk, talk and connect. GirlsTrek holds a 5.0 rating from 58 reviews on Tripadvisor, and 45% of guests book again.
