They can get you started and standing up in no time at all, and offer lesson packages to help you progress quickly. Go Ride a Wave staff allow you to learn with confidence in a safe and supportive environment, they are all fully qualified surfing instructors and surf life savers. They provide everything you need including soft foam malibu surfboards to make it easy to get started, rash vest, a wetsuit if needed and your two hour introduction to the awesome world of surfing. Surfing Lesson at Noosa Heads
Your surf lesson includes a rash shirt or wetsuit, soft malibu surfboard and two hours instruction from qualified surf life savers who know the beach and water safety better then anyone else. They meet at the trailer in the car park at Beach Access No 11 at the river mouth end of Hastings Street, at least 10 minutes before the lesson. They arrange the right size rashie or wetsuit and surfboard and then walk to the beach ready for some instruction. They run the lessons in waist deep water and catch small broken white water waves to make it easy for beginners. Most people get to stand up in their first lesson and have a fantastic time.

We had such a fun experience! I truly appreciated the clear teaching and laughs along the way. My husband and I both got to tick surfing off our list. I do highly recommend you book with this guys especially if your a bit nervous. They honestly know how to teach beginners how to actually surf. I got to ride so many waves! Thank again guys what a great experience!

Me and my brother had a blast and caught so many waves thanks to the amazing instructors. Jai was really fun and kind. Matty brought the vibes and Reezi gave a very detailed and helpful explanation on how to surf. Overall an excellent 2 hours, definitely worth every penny. 🤙⭐️🏄🏼♀️

Fantastic team of people. I have a mobility disability and I forgot to email before having the lesson … when we arrived, the team subtly noticed and without saying anything or making it an issue, they helped me where possible. They carried my surfboard and would push me out to sea and pretend they were my ‘water uber’. I had the best time. They made me feel normal and were super happy to help me. It was very appreciated! Thank you again for a brilliant day!
