They pour Campos, and the baristas know what they're doing. Whether you're after a proper espresso, a smooth latte with cold foam, a matcha or a cold brew on a warm morning, you'll get a good cup.

Get down early and you'll catch the sunrise over the Broadwater, which is pretty hard to beat.

There's a fresh line-up of sandwiches made to order, butterboy cookies, plus plenty of cold drinks for when the sun's out. Bring the dog, parking's easy. Just walk up.
