The H Residences offers luxurious and modern one bedroom, one bathroom apartments. All apartments have ocean, city or hinterland views and feature a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and Wi-Fi. The one bedroom apartments can sleep up to 4 guests, the bedding configuration consists of a king bed in the master bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. Some apartments do not have a sofa bed, and only sleep 2 guests. The H Residences is located right above Surfers Paradise’s vibrant and eclectic retail, dining and entertainment district and just a block from the surf and sand and infamous Surfers Paradise beach.

We love this place! We don't need perfection, the staff are helpful understanding and attend to all our needs with respect and kindness. The rooms have what we need and allow us to have the best holiday every single time and the outdoor area is Paradise. If we do need something it's always provided with professional, quality service. This time our stay was 7 nights and we were welcomed by Ho Lee at reception...wow, wow, wow your energy, smile and love for your job showed on all levels, thank you for making our stay extra memorable in the best of ways!! Shout out to Peter who organises tours through the hotel, you are just an awesome guy. John you provided us with room maintenance that involved easy conversation and we seen your love for the Gold Coast just like us. All the bad reviews on this hotel piss me off because the public are quick to speak crap and put the positive second best

The absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed. Hotel very run down, dirty, smelt, deceiving online was actually disgusting inside. Not easy to get to, have to go through a maze to get to the actual place have to collect the keys from somewhere else then drive to another place it’s actually insane. Upon entry there was lots of damage to our apartment including a missing draw. Luckily I took photos of everything thinking how gross this place was because they eventually tried to keep my bond over the missing draw!!! lmao what on earth am I supposed to do with a draw as-well as where do i dispose a draw 10 + stories high and cameras at your door? What an absolute joke I will NEVER return and let everybody I know for as long as I’m alive to never give this place a CENT

If I could give 0 stars I would. A/C flooded our room which we were blamed for. Filthy, outdated rooms. Badly needs to close for maintenance overhaul. Mantra Management - you scrape the bottom of the barrel!

More check-in problems. Every year it’s the same issue. “I’d like to check in please.” “Sorry but we don’t have your name on the list.” 10mins later… “You’ll have to pay $300 deposit on your fully paid room too.” Heads up to my colleagues in the other 27 fully paid room bookings! At least their incompetency is consistent.

This is supposed to be a 4 star resort, . The facade is covered in algae, the main pool needs a lot of attention , IAM a high class Motel owner with a 1 star Michelin chef , but this place is beyond belief .
