On this Kokomo cruise, you will admire majestic humpback whales on their annual migration through the ‘Whale Highway’, an ancient underwater corridor just 20-minutes away from the marina. Seeing whales up close, in their natural habitat, is truly a sight to behold. Gasp at their spectacular displays, see mothers tending to their calves, and experience the humbling feeling of seeing these gentle giants up close as they curiously approach the vessel. We had a fantastic whale watching tour with Kokomo Cruises! The crew were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The boat was beautiful, modern, and perfect for viewing the whales. With only around 40 passengers, it felt intimate and never overcrowded, giving everyone a great view. The highlight was seeing several whales, including a beautiful baby whale swimming alongside its mum. It was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend Kokomo Cruises!

Most amazing time on the water with Kokomo Cruises, the whales 🐋 definitely put on a show for us! And our boat was definitely the whale magnet, they were so close we could almost touch them! A fabulous boat and team. As it was lower to the water we were right amongst the action. The boat was also sparkling clean and we felt very safe with our knowledgeable guide and skipper Nick and his second mate. Would definitely recommend and come aboard next time I'm in Queensland.

I can't think of anything Kokomo could do better! Our whale watching experience was great all-round, and the workers were wonderful. Very considerate, great at letting everyone know what to expect as we went along, confident and friendly. I enjoyed listening to their patter in the background, giving lots of interesting and relevant facts about the whales. And just the right amount of talking - it really enhanced the experience. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone considering a whale watching cruise.

Awesome tour, we tracked alongside 2 Humpbacks (plus some Dolphins) for a good 1.5 hours on our 8:30am tour this week. Kokomo's boat is spotless, comfy and perfectly sized with great views. And with triple Yamaha 450's it goes nicely too ;-). Glad we chose Kokomo

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our whale watching experience with Kokomo Cruises was absolutely unforgettable—easily one of the highlights of our trip! From start to finish, the entire tour was incredibly well-organized, professional, and fun. The crew were outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They made everyone feel welcome and safe, and their commentary throughout the trip added so much value. We learned fascinating facts about the whales and their behaviors, which made each sighting even more meaningful. And the whales…wow! We were lucky enough to see multiple humpback whales up close, including some breathtaking breaches and tail slaps. The crew made sure everyone had a great view and took their time so we could fully enjoy the moment without feeling rushed. The boat was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet exciting the whole time. You could really tell that Kokomo Cruises respects the animals and operates responsibly, which made the experience even better. If you’re thinking about going whale watching, don’t hesitate—Kokomo Cruises is the way to go. Highly recommended and worth every minute. We’d absolutely do it again! 🐋
