Beautiful Kirra Beach Apartments are spacious, fully self-contained units with 51 north facing balconies, most with beautiful ocean views. They are set amongst landscaped grounds and opposite the patrolled Kirra Beach for surfing and swimming, famous for its surf breaks and clear water. A short taxi from the Gold Coast Airport though miles from the flight paths. A 10 minute walk around the beachfront to Coolangatta. Both their brochure and website have detailed maps on the location of the building in relation to the area.
The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed, with large balconies. The property consists of one bedroom apartments, two bedrooms apartments, two bedroom plus studio apartments, three bedroom apartments and four bedroom roof top penthouses. Quite simply beyond all my expectations! I made an error when booking the dates but I quickly amended. The receptionist refunded me even though I'd done using the 'No cancellation' option. My room was spotless, well appointed, with a balcony, sea view and one of the best and largest ive ever stayed in! I couldn't wish for a better position in relation to the shops and cafes, and literally 200 yards max from the beach and no steps or hills. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I without doubt will be booking again here for my next stay and will post a few pics of my amazing room! Geoff from the UK

Looked beautiful in the ad. Think we got the last room available. The bed was rock hard. The couch was also too uncomfortable to sleep on and there were cockroaches. Was advertised as ocean view but you could only see the water if you craned your neck on the balcony. Sadly disapponted.

We were a group of 4 requiring a 3 BDR apartment. The hotel was perfect for us, Great location, quality rooms, great views and the service we received from Raina at reception was outstanding. He made our stay very enjoyable. Great bar downstairs for an evening drink watching the sun go down over the Gold Coast. We will definitely be back to stay again next winter.

Nice location. Rude staff. Very dirty appartment. Condensation on the floor. Very poor mattress, we did get a top up but could not sleep on it. I slept in a kids bed with feet sticking out in a very small room. This place needs a good clean When I complaint when we left the girl at the reception interrupted and said what do you expect from a holiday appartment. Renovation work above woke us up Jackhammers was used. Next time tell your guest that this is happening. See photo's they dont lie. The whole place need an upgrade and replace the staff and cleaners

Great location and good sized apartment. Pool is at the front of the hotel and close to the beach and local amenities. The room was a bit dirty when we checked in (Pringles under a bed, plastic rubbish under another and in a bathroom) which when combined with the price landed at the rating.
