Landmark Resort is located directly opposite Mooloolaba's beautiful beachfront with hinterland, pool, river or ocean views.
All apartments and suites are self-contained, with air-conditioning, cable television and modern fittings. Some rooms feature a spa bath. Resort facilities include a gymnasium, outdoor spa, sauna, rooftop spa, barbecue entertaining area, day spa and complimentary secure car parking.
Landmark Resort is situated on the beachfront amongst Mooloolaba's finest restaurants, cafes and exclusive boutiques. Step across the road to the magnificent year-round patrolled beach, which has won multiple awards for being Queensland's cleanest and friendliest.

We recently had 3 nights at Landmark Resort Mooloolaba and we really enjoyed our stay. Our Studio Executive room was great for the 2 of us, with a nice partial ocean view from the balcony. Great location, walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and of course the beach. Highly recommended and hope to return again.

I've stayed here twice now, each time the rooms and communal areas were very clean and furnishings very comfortable. Some decor is a little old, but all the essentials, like flat screen tv's and bed, are up to date. My shower this time was looking a little tired and maybe the is grout ready for a refresh, but my overall my room was very clean. Location is excellent, steps away from shops, cafe's and restaurants. The Surf Club is just across the road and the Wharf a 5-6 minute walk. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful, reception can arrange for you any activities or day trips you would like to do and send you arrangements if you are arriving after reception is closed. Landmark also provide underground parking if you have a car, which is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again

Absolutely loved it. The reception staff were so friendly and informative. The location was right next to beach and restaurants. The view was better than I expected (we booked the superior 1 bedroom apartment with sea view). I found the price very reasonable for what we got. It was too windy which was a shame because the pool and spa looked great, I will just have to come back and use it next time.

We enjoyed our stay at Landmark. The location is amazing. Right across from the beach and upstairs from a 7/11 and restaurants. The hotel and rooms are quite aged but have everything you need. The kitchen was stocked with lots of equipment and kids plates/cups. The TV in the master bedroom (we stayed in two bedroom ocean view) was able to play Netflix and other apps. The shower water temperature is definitely on the hot side so take caution! Unfortunately we didn’t get to check out the pool because our kids wanted to be at the beach. Maybe next time. Thanks for a great stay.

We loved staying here. Some of the rooms are a little dated but the staff and the location more than make up for that. It was the most comfortable place - you felt really at home! Everything that you need is supplied in your room. Location is above the Main St which is fantastic. The pool & spa has a waterfall which the whole family would love. We will definitely be back!
