This beautiful place is truly something special and perfect for all ages. I took my little client along and we both had an absolute blast. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, I am pretty sure there is nothing they do not know. The grounds are stunning and clearly designed with great care. No corners have been cut. Every spot feels thoughtfully put together. The views of the Glass House Mountains create the perfect backdrop for photos, or for simply relaxing with a coffee or lunch in the garden café. It really does feel a bit magical. The birds are amazing and very friendly. If you are lucky, they might even land on your head, which was both surprising and hilarious. My client loved it so much that I ended up buying him a yearly pass, which was very reasonably priced and definitely worth it. We also hired a golf buggy, and I highly recommend it, especially for those of us with slightly creaky joints. It makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would happily go back again, next time with a picnic lunch, just to sit, relax, watch the fish, take in the view, and let the world drift by for a while.

Impromptu visit. 2 adults for garden, farm and bird tour. Unaware that we were not charged for the bird tour, we missed out. Do recommend the buggy as some parts are quiet steep and would not be a comfortable walk. Gardens were in winter mode but the roses still had some lovely blooms. The farm section is good, the goats and donkeys are lovely. The sheep are too aggressive for a petting zoo, they will ram you. The goldfish pond is poorly signed, we only found it after returning the buggy to go for the bird tour, which we missed out on anyway due to booking error. One of the staff members replied very passive aggressively when we asked if the buggy is recommended, yes we did notice. More instruction needs to be given when purchasing tickets considering how much it costs. Nothing mentioned about the feathered friends, fish feeding or bird tour being guided only and on set times.

We had the best day ever visiting the botanical Gardens. The birds are out of this world. The highlight for me was having a black cockatoo sit on my shoulder. The experience was unbelievable. The tour guide was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolutely amazing experience. My husband and myself thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Maleny Botanic Gardens and Bird World. We think the highlight of our visit was the guided tour of Bird World. The birds were just gorgeous, especially the macaws. We completed our visit with a delicious picnic box each. Highly recommend visiting this amazing place.

Such a great little hidden gem! Only found out about this place as my parents live up the road. We hired a golf cart to ride around - highly recommend as some of the areas are very steep. The cart has a built in GPS & with a screen that tells you what's around you. The bird add on is a must! They freely fly around & land on you. It's something else to have two black cockatoos sitting on your head. Great value for a half day adventure.
