Very disappointing stay. Firstly, the bed was on wheels, as a couple staying at a hotel I don't think I need to point out how inconvenient a bed on wheels is. Also mattress was hard as a rock. We were refused any housekeeping services and were told we weren't staying long enough. That meant no fresh bedding or even a quick vacuum of the room. If you pay for a hotel you should get housekeeping services whenever you request it. I asked for a smaller pillow and was told I'd be charge for it so the best they could offer was a low profile version of their normal pillows (it was basically the same). The tv didn't work properly, the dryer didn't work, there was no running water the first night of our stay. Booked for a 3 night stay but left after night 2. The location is amazing that cant be denied but after being out all day and night you want to come back to a clean bed and we couldn't even do that. A disappointing $700 spent.

We stayed on a very busy Saturday May night, with multiple events in town that night. There was a lineup at check-in, but they had 5 people serving and they processed the arrivals with efficiency, charm and good humour. Every staff member that we met was positive and super helpful. They even passed out bottles of water as we waited to check in. The technology was amazing. We parked underneath and this was added to our bill with no trouble. Off the top of my head it was $19, which is far cheaper than most places. The card readers on the lift take you straight to your floor, which was a revelation - so easy! The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The blinds were great, blocking out the early sun after a big night. There was a tv in the bedroom, which is always appreciated. We only stayed a night, but there was plenty of cooking facilities and a functional laundry. The view was good, with the ocean being clearly visible, albeit between some towers. It was close to the Casino and the convention centre, which is where we were heading. Its location lends itself well to mischief. There was a 7-11 downstairs and some places to eat, with lots of other stores not too far away. We dined at two other places offsite and they were also first rate. The price was fair and competitive.

Had an amazing stay. Room was clean and tidy, amenities were great, and ocean view was beautiful to wake up to. The staff were nice and were efficient with check-in and out. Location is fantastic - a lot quieter than the surfers paradise area. The oasis mall is down the block and convenient, lots of coffee shops, the bus stop and tram stops were a quick walk away. The beach was a few minutes walk away, and a nice view of sunrise and surfers paradise. We plan to stay again on our next trip to the area!

Friendly staff and a comfortable stay. Check in was easy. The room was clean. The sauna was nice. We stayed three nights, and both drink coffee, but there were 4 coffee pods in the room, and I would have preferred six, so we could each have a coffee every morning. No housekeeping, which is good for the environment, so I'm happy with that.

Great stay at Meriton suites in Broadbeach! The room was very nice and clean and all we needed for a week stay. Kitchen was immaculate and had all utensils we needed. We were able to get more comfortable pillows through reception and all extra ammenities could be easily ordered via the QR code and dropped to the door.
