Pacific Hotel Cairns is a really good place to stay, with a great location right in the middle of Cairns city. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is one of the best parts, as it is easy to walk around and access the port, beach area, shops, restaurants and other attractions. There are also plenty of food options nearby, even late at night. I am not fully sure about the parking arrangements, so it is best to check with the hotel before arriving. As the hotel is in the middle of the city, parking may be limited or less convenient during busy times. Overall, I would give it 4 stars for the location, service and spacious rooms. Great place to stay if you want to be close to everything in Cairns.

Every time I come to Cairns, I always stay at the Pacific Hotel. The standard of service and attention to detail at the Hotel has got better each time I visit. Last week and I was welcomed to the hotel by Stanka, who ensured I had a room with a nice view and on a high floor. Her and the whole team at the Pacific continually provide excellent services during my comfortable stay. Reach out to the hotel direct and they will ensure you have the best stay whilst visiting Cairns. I can't wait to see you again in a few months time! :)

Very pleasant stay. Everything was clean, the room was spacious, and it was well equipped for breakfast. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries, and towels and a hair dryer were provided as well. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel.

Fantastic stay at Pacific Hotel Cairns. Max at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and Mila was also wonderful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and brightly lit, with a balcony offering great views. The location is excellent—easy walking distance to major tour departure points, the Esplanade, and plenty of good restaurants. The self‑service laundry room was very convenient as well. A comfortable, well‑run hotel in the perfect spot. Highly recommended.
