The Standard Rooms are designed with comfort and space in mind, overlooking the pool, resort garden & neighbouring buildings. If you are looking for a great view, take a look at our Deluxe Rooms and Suites. Sleeps up to: 2 adults and 2 children. Bedding configurations: 1 x King bed, 2 x Double beds. 55" flat screen TV, In-room safe, Tea & coffee facilities, and Ensuite bathroom. Rooms are available with interconnecting doors for larger families and disabled facility rooms are available with 2 x single beds and a shower instead of a bath in the ensuite.
Suite
The Deluxe Suites exude tropical sophistication and luxury and are generously spacious, bright and overlook our stunning lagoon-style pool. Your separate bedroom features a King bed and a large ensuite with a deep spa bath for you to soak and relax in. Adjoining the bedroom, your separate living room has a plush sofa for you to lounge on and a dining table for up to 4 guests. The outdoor terrace overlooking our lagoon-style pool is the ideal position for your early morning coffee or evening wine whilst basking in the natural light. All Suites are fully equipped with modern facilities and services including large 55" LCD televisions. The Deluxe Suites sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children with 1 x King bed and a Double sofa bed configuration. Inter-connecting rooms are available for larger families. Sleeps up to: 2 adults and 2 children. Bedding configuration: 1 x King bed + 1 x Double sofa bed. These tropical-chic rooms are fully furnished with modern facilities, a dining table for two and intimate balcony overlooking our lagoon-style pool, Cairns city, resort gardens or mountain landscape. If you are looking for a guaranteed higher view and more space, take a look at our Suites. With a complete room refurbishment, the rooms have been transformed to create a sense of calm and nature, featuring new flooring, bathrooms, entertainment systems and bedding. Staying at Novotel Cairns was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm, friendly service that immediately set the tone for the rest of my stay. The staff were consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a relaxed tropical atmosphere that perfectly complements Cairns. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with everything I needed to unwind after a day of exploring. The bed was especially comfortable—easily one of the best sleeps I’ve had while traveling. One of the standout features is the pool area, which feels like a private oasis. Surrounded by lush greenery, it’s the perfect place to relax and soak up the Queensland sunshine. The on-site dining was also excellent, with a great selection of delicious food and drinks that made it hard to leave the hotel. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. It’s close to the Esplanade, shops, restaurants, and tour departures, making it an ideal base for exploring Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef. Overall, Novotel Cairns exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and tropical luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairns.

My husband and I had one night here at the end of our week in Cairns with the plan of enjoying the pool area and we certainly did! It really was beautiful with plenty of shade and sun lounges and beanbags and pool bar. Our deluxe room was also great with cloud like pillow and bed. Perfect location to the esplanade with lots of restaurant choices nearby. Parking was easy and affordable at $10 for Accor members. Highly recommend

I stayed here for an anniversary trip to Cairns and it was the perfect home for our 4 nights here. The service we received was impeccable by all staff members who were incredibly friendly and super helpful. We were treated to a complimentary upgrade to a king bed with a pool view which is something that I had requested for but did not expect to receive so that’s always appreciated! Staying here was a constant reminder of the value of staying at a hotel sometimes over an Airbnb The buffet breakfast was very good, with everything you’d expect plus more including hot soups and curries. The pool was great for a quick dip and had a swim up bar. There are also tons of amenities and features for families with kids The room was comfortable, clean and stocked as you would expect. Overall would highly recommend

Love this place. The pool....we've never seen so many people - both kids and adults -enjoying themselves! The pool is also large and has a swim-up bar and a sand area for the kids to play in. The hotel is within walking distance from barbeques on the Esplanade and also near restaurants. We had dinner at the Novatel on one of the evenings - and chose the curry (with prawns), which was delicious.🙂 Almost all of the staff were happy and helpful, but one employee in particular (Spear), went right out of his way to help us out. All in all, a happy experience at this hotel.

What a great place! Great location, good rooms and a great pool to spend relaxing time with family. They let us check in early and then offered late check out. And bonus, a room upgrade to pool view, without even asking. A big shout to all the great staff. They were happy to store our luggage till our flight. Lovely people and service.Thw breakfast buffet is one of the best ones I have been to. The Moku Bar and Grill serves great food, don't miss the jackfruit nachos, we had them twice!
