Had a very quick stop over here recently. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The room was very well equipped and clean. The views were lovely. Had dinner in the restaurant/bar. It was very nice. It had a comfortable, relaxing appeal. Customer service and housekeeping to be commended.

Novotel is in the very centre of Surfers Paradise. We were close to everything we wanted to visit this weekend. The room was amazing. We were given an executive suite. The package included complimentary drinks and snacks. The room was immaculate. The service was great. The only issue was there wasn't a power plug for our mobiles but the reception manager to find one and lend it to us. The price was reasonable even though it was a big weekend with the fireworks competition that was happening.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beach view from our room was absolutely stunning and made the whole experience so relaxing. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants and other services nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the food was delicious with plenty of great options. A special thank you to the reception staff who really paid attention to detail and made us feel valued guests. The thoughtful gift of wine was such a lovely surprise and added a personal touch to our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

He has an outstanding service mindset, always greeting guests with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Michael went above and beyond by recommending activities within the hotel as well as local attractions around Surfers Paradise. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with a tram stop very close by, making it extremely convenient to travel around the city. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and the balcony views were absolutely excellent. Breakfast had a large variety of options with great overall quality and selection. It was also nice to see an Indian dish included in the breakfast menu. While the preparation of that particular dish could be improved a little, the breakfast experience overall was still very good with plenty of choices available. Overall, a great stay with good facilities, convenient location, and beautiful views. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
