Garden Houses
Large three and four-bedroom houses provide enough space and comfort for the whole family. The three-bedroom house is air-conditioned with two luxury pillow-top Sleepmaker queen beds in the master and second bedroom, with two sets of single bunk beds in the third bedroom. Perfect for families with an open plan kitchen, full-size fridge, oven, dishwasher, private barbecue area, yard, separate entrance, and laundry with washing machine. Sleeps 8. The four-bedroom house is air-conditioned with two luxury pillow-top Sleepmaker queen beds in the master and the second bedroom and four sets of single bunk beds in the third and fourth bedrooms. Perfect for larger families or small groups, with an open plan kitchen, full-size fridge, oven, private barbecue area, yard, separate entrance, and laundry with washing machine. Sleeps 10. Complimentary parking for one vehicle only. All bed linen and towels are provided.
Poolside Penthouses
These brand new two-storey Poolside Penthouses provide guests with all the comforts of home during their holiday experience with lockable fencing that can open up for groups to mingle. Lower Level - ceiling fan and air conditioning, lounge area with flat screen television, powder room, full kitchen with Caesar stone benchtop and large island bench dining area, microwave, full fridge and cooktop facilities leading onto your own undercover alfresco area with barbecue. Top Level - master bedroom with deluxe pillow top queen size bed and air conditioning, television, robes and ceiling fan. Second bedroom with two sets of bunks, robes and fan. The full bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and stone top vanity. All penthouses look towards the heated pools and mega water slide. Sleeps six. Deluxe Poolside Villa
The newest oversized cabins, the Deluxe Poolside Villas are perfect for large families or groups of friends wanting to relax and unwind with all the comforts of home. Go for a swim, relax on the deck, or go for a short stroll to the nearby beach, restaurants, and shops. All Deluxe Poolside Villas face towards the popular pool area with 35-metre mega water slide. Included is a master bedroom with flat-screen television, queen-size bed, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. The second bedroom features 2 sets of bunks. The open-plan modern lounge and dining area comes complete with a self-contained kitchen that includes a fridge, stove top, kettle, microwave, and appliances. Relax in comfort in the large living area that includes a flat-screen television and reverse-cycle air conditioning that leads to the large undercover alfresco area with outdoor seating for 6 and your own personal weber style BBQ (which doubles as an oven). The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and vanity. All bed linen and towels are supplied. Sleeps 6. Complimentary parking for one vehicle only. Deluxe Tropical and Seabreeze Villas
The modern Deluxe Tropical and Seabreeze Villas are ideal for a couple or the family holiday experience. Enjoy the evenings on your private deck with a hooded barbecue (which doubles as an oven) and an outdoor setting for six. This two-bedroom air-conditioned villa contains a luxury pillow top Sleepmaker queen bed, for a great night's sleep in the master bedroom and two sets of single bunks in the second bedroom. Fully self-contained kitchen with ceramic cooktop and microwave oven. Flat-screen television in the living room, with a second flat-screen in the master room. All bed linen and towels are provided. Sleeping up to four guests, each Studio features a queen bed, bunk bed, dining area, air conditioning, and a handy kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, air fryer, and tea/coffee facilities. Fantastic holiday park. Very quiet, clean, and spacious grounds and amenities. Staff are very welcoming and happy to help with all enquiries - big thank you to the girl at reception who upgraded us to a Seabreeze villa for free. The villa itself was modern and very clean, I'm sure we'll be back the next time we're passing through QLD.

Stayed one night to check out before bringing the kids. Glad we did, we won't be back with the kids. We have stayed in much cleaner maintained caravan parks and camp grounds. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The amenities need a refresh and regular cleaning as they were horrible. Full bins, mop buckets full of dirty mop water, showers with the hot/cold taps the wrong way around and leaking shower taps. Toilets were no better, urine everywhere out dated toilets.

Stayed here on the weekend in the Deluxe Villa 2 bedroom. Was a sweet little getaway with the family. The Villa was nice, had everything that we needed. Kids loved the pool and the big slide. Recommend checking out the Miami Markets at night only a 7min walk away. Apart from the dramatic Weather forecast. All was well. Will definitely visit again Thanks Nobby for the great memories…

Booked online, got there and received a free upgrade into one of the premium villas from paying studio prices, I extended my stay and retained my booking rate. The villas which has its own private BBQ grill on the outdoor veranda. The villa was clean, spacious, private, has everything a single traveler could want and more, just like being at home, but away. would also be ideal for families of 6, it has its own private BBQ on the outdoor veranda. Friendly helpful staff onsite, large pool area with sunbathing and shade, more onsite facilities for your convenience. Will be definitely rebooking with them again. Fairly priced and well located being near shops, malls, and is a short walk to the touristy things, food, gyms and beaches, totally satisfied with my stay there.

very old toilet and shower facilities. And not clean at all. The powered sites are super close next to each other and there‘s not a single tree. From the look this is probably the worst camping we‘ve ever stayed along the east coast. The locations is good because there‘s a bus stop nearby and they‘re just building a tram stop there as well which takes you to the center.
