I recently attended my sister's wedding at this beautiful venue, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The location is breathtaking, with countless stunning spots for photos. The beautiful little chalets were gorgeous, comfortable, and the perfect place to stay, adding to the whole experience. The staff were amazing throughout the day friendly, professional, and everything ran so smoothly. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Overall it was the perfect venue for such a special occasion ❤️
Funeral wake .. mid-winter .. no heating, inadequate seating and food served cold that should have been heated. Lovely staff but probably not enough. Suggest: check gas bottle for heaters prior to a function. Cushions for the seats and wall we had to sit on. With 90% aged, and several disabled, the parking should have been recommended up the hill rather than having to walk, push wheel chairs and walkers up the considerable hill. Beautiful venue but preparation for this event was poor.
As a venue Rain Forest Gardens has become a favorite of mine. The ceremony space is a true place to “Hold space” for couples ceremonies. The reception area with those views, magic along with other areas that offer flexibility. Adeline and the team communicate, make it all come together and nothings an issue as the day goes on, even as a supplier, if I need it they make it happen; and believe me we don’t always see that level of assistance. The catering team are on point with delicious food too. If you want a venue that just says “wow” when you arrive. Its a simple choice.
Words cannot describe how amazing our day was at Rainforest Gardens. Adeline, from the first time of meeting all the way up to the end you were always there for us with anything we needed. Your professionalism and friendliness was second to none. Adeline and Anita made our day and night seamless, even through the wet weather and rain. Attention to detail on everything from the seating, to decor, to our itinerary to see all the sights. Thank you for helping us wrangle our little ones, for being there to laugh with us, deal with my nerves and (mild) crankiness with my toddlers rolling around and crying. Every one of our guests loved the venue and food and atmosphere. Stunning. Thank you and the team so much. Cath and Nick 02.05.2026
We couldn't be more pleased we booked Rainforest Gardens for our wedding. From the moment we walked in the first time, we knew it was perfect for us - not only because it's so beautiful - but because Adeline and her team made us feel so at ease. The whole planning process was meticulously organised, and all communication clear and comprehensive. We were never left to second guess anything, and every detail had been thought of. We were unlucky enough to have to reschedule our wedding due to Cyclone Alfred, but their genuine compassion and efforts to re-organise everything for us turned what was a heartbreaking circumstance into a positive one. On our wedding day, they were true professionals, and looked after us from start to finish. The styling Adeline arranged for us was just stunning, and we loved finishing the evening in the chalets. - Photo by Annie Dawson Photography
