I stayed at Rumba Beach resort with my Daughter and son- law and two granddaughters. One aged 6 the other 17. We stayed for one night, the rooms were exceptional very very clean. Five stars to cleaning crew...it was well appointed with everything you need for a Staycation. The pool area was clean and tidy including pool area toilets. Morning coffee and muffins were great. Staff very polite and friendly. Only two complaints the gate at entrance onto Esplanade didn't shut properly, had to be left open. Which I thought was a security risk. The second complaint would be how RUDE the receptionist was. We all found her to be very rude, as we all had singular interactions with her. Everything else was exceptional. Would we stay there again ..yes.

My stay at Rumba Beach Resort was truly wonderful. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful while the accommodation was spotlessly clean and tidy. It was conveniently located near everything I needed. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable too.

Not the relaxing holiday we needed. It’s not really a resort, all it has is rooms and pools. We had very noisy neighbours above and their kid continued to run from 5:20am each morning and night and push furniture around. The pool gets super noisy! And just to top it off, EVERY morning there is an early morning garage trucks. The rooms are nice but furniture is uncomfortable. We wouldn’t recommend for the price either. So many good accommodations out there, Thai is not one of them!

DON’T STAY IN THE BACK BUILDING UNLESS YOU LOVE NOISE. Many large garbage bins get emptied every morning at 7am. You also hear every car enter the carpark and all the busses leaving the station. Great location especially if you are in the 2 front buildings. Very disappointing for over 4K for a week

Had a wonderful stay with my parents. Lift straight to our rooms which was great for my mother who needs a walker. Shower thankfully had a grab bar which gave her confidence if she got off balance. Beautifully maintained pools and garden. Even though I knew Bruce was a cartoon character, I still squealed, when I got to the end of the lap pool 😆
