The staff are amazing! Special mention of Jake - your kindness was so much appreciated - I wish the world was full of beautiful humans like you! Great location, lovely and peaceful - just what was needed. Very spacious studio room with spa bath. A little dated but very clean. The bedding was so comfortable, including the high quality pillows. The special check in bubbles was an extra lovely touch. Highly recommend on all fronts!

Great view from our 9th floor 2/1 bedroom apartment. Very clean and good amenities. Lots of thoughtful extras, arrival drinks in foyer, liquid hand wash in bathroom, beautiful shower products. The hotel is not super luxurious but still special for a weekend away if you get a view. The on-site Thai restaurant is really good and very busy, excellent cocktails. Very close to local shops and cafes.

We really enjoyed our stay here with our children, the pool area was beautiful along with a spa and slide that the kids had a blast going on time after time. The room was great full bathroom and lounge and kitchen with a dinning table as well it was perfect just a little outdated but still did the job.Awesome location with the water right there and local cafes around and a Thai restaurant basically on site deff a great spot for families.

Terrible experience! The room constantly feels damp and smells, the floors feel almost sticky/slimey. The bed is the absolute worst, 2 single beds that are different heights stuck together to create one double bed but still have a slight gap in the middle. Mattresses are stained, stiff and old. Better off sleeping on the floor, one night of sleep on that bed had us waking up aged 70 years and in agony! Some staff were rude and not helpful with the situation, managed to get one mattress topper that fit half of the bed and barely made a difference, asked for a second however there were none available. Overall room is somewhat outdated and bed most definitely needs an upgrade from the Prehistoric era. Balcony and view was the best part of the stay here, photos of the room are outdated. 100% do not recommend, management isn’t overly helpful either. Free coffee and wine isn’t going to make up for walking out of here in a full body cast and multiple massage and chiropractor appointments we’re going to need just from 2 nights.

This is our most favourite holiday destination for families. We return here yearly, service, is A+, lots of things available to do, and great location. Beds are comfortable, kitchen in rooms are fully equipped, some little things in rooms are a bit dated, but over all, a fantastic place.
