Situated in the heart of Springfield Lakes and close to shops, the hotel has 20 rooms that are serviced daily (excluding Sundays and public holidays), some of which have lake views. Brookwater Golf Course is a few minutes away, as is the popular family fun spot, Robelle Domain, with its huge Orion Lagoon and playground.

Wait staff were only doing their jobs, but the food was atrocious. I was served dead salad that was munted and looked like it had died as the lettuce was off and black and brown on edges or been scrapped from someone else’s plate. My husband had the ribs and found a piece of tetra pack that had corner snipped off and ended up in his sauce. Friend received his meal but the rest of us did not get ours until 30 mins later and he had finished eating. Very very disappointed will not be coming back.

I have just finished a 12 stay here which was stress free and quiet. The hotel is very nice and comfortable, it's right next to numerous food and retail shops. My room was serviced every day without fail, reception staff are great as well. There is an exercise room plus on-site laundry, on-site parking as well. Lots of places to go for a walk or visit locally, it's a nice quiet place to stay. I would stay here again.

Exceptional service from the team and a clean and modern suite was provided at late notice. The wheelchair suite was well appointed and it was a very quiet and peaceful location - just what we needed. Thank you so much for having us.

This review is for the pub and not the Hotel down the other end. Nice clean venue. Friendly helpful staff. Occasional free snacks in the small to mid size gaming room, which is well lit and nicely spaced out. Mostly friendly patrons that stick to themselves. Not sure if any free soft drinks or coffees are available. Would think so considering they offer occasional free snacks. Only bar in the general area that I know Seperate sports bar and dining area. Above average prices due to being in a relatively new area that has seen continual growth since development. Has plenty of off street parking as it's in a conglomerate of shops with shared parking. Getting in and out of this place is difficult at peak traffic times as it's entry and exit are situated on or near a roundabout that is the main thoroughfare in and out of the area.. worth a look and would definitely go here again
