Their luxury apartments are more spacious and with better self-catering facilities than most in Noosa Heads (full kitchen, laundry) so your short or long stay will be extremely comfortable. With large separate living spaces and bedrooms the apartments are perfect for groups, families or couples.
The resort features a 20-metre heated pool and spa and lush tropical gardens with waterfalls and is a tranquil place to relax and unwind away from the holiday crowds.

We stayed in Penthouse Apartment 34 and it was absolutely stunning. The balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean and river and it was so lovely sitting out enjoying that beautiful and unique view of Noosa. The apartment was spacious and tastefully furnished and well appointed with everything you need for a short or long stay. The apartment had a lovely feel and we would not hesitate to stay there again. The Rise is well located and a lovely short walk to Noosa Heads and Noosa Junction. The resort swimming pool is also lovely if you choose a day by the pool rather than the beach. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay at The Rise Noosa. Good location, secure carparking and great pool and other amenities close by. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and appreciated the full kitchen and Nespresso machine. Beds were comfy. We were in a Poolside apartment which had a great outlook. The road was a bit noisy but The Rise has cleverly designed the outside area with lots of water features which masked a lot of this.

We stayed at Noosa Rise from the 28/03/26-31/03/26. We booked the Penthouse apartment with ocean views. The apartment was great, had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was stunning( a word that gets used so often, but not always correct). This view really was stunning. We even had Parrots come to visit us😀. The whole complex was very well laid out and really pretty and lush. I don’t normally get carried away with reviews but felt that I had to give a review as this place was Amazing. Would definitely go back there again 100%. Noosa was great too, lots of great shops and restaurants and don’t even get me started on the beach and the walk along the coastline. We were 110% happy with our experience. Thank you Noosa Rise

I usually don't give ratings or such feedback, but we’re really impressed with this Penthouse. We really loved and enjoyed it. The apartment, its decor, cleanliness, and the thoughtful provision of essential amenities that we often have to supply, were all exceptional. The balcony, bedroom size, living room, facilities, and location were all outstanding. I highly recommend this property. We’ll definitely come back

Great place to stay in Noosa. Well appointed, comfy and quiet appartments. The hill was not an issue! It’s actually a great location between both Hastings St and the junction and walking distance to everything. We had a two story three bedroom and there was space for us everyone to retreat and have privacy. The view and gardens were awesome too!
