The Langham, Gold Coast and Jewel Residences

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've stayed at many hotels across the Gold Coast, Australia and around the world, and The Langham Gold Coast is one of the few places I know I'll keep coming back to. From the moment you arrive, it doesn't feel like you're in Australia at all – it feels like you've stepped into a luxury overseas resort. The atmosphere is beautiful, the pool area is stunning, the poolside service is fantastic, and every part of the hotel delivers a genuine five-star experience. The breakfast at Akoya is exceptional. The quality, variety and presentation are outstanding, but what really sets it apart is the service. Every member of the team makes you feel welcome and looked after. A special thank you to Ann and the entire Akoya team for their warmth, professionalism and attention to detail. The genuine care shown by the staff made our stay even more memorable. The Langham is worth every cent. Between the beautiful facilities, incredible food, outstanding service and relaxed luxury atmosphere, it has become my favourite place to stay on the Gold Coast. I can't wait to return. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An absolutely incredible hotel, from the service to the views and everything in between…My partner and I came to celebrate my 30th birthday here and had the most amazing time and didn’t want to leave. The staff are all super friendly. Had the best massage ever by Rhiannon. Cocktails at the bar were fabulous. 26 and sunny was our personal favourite for a coffee. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. We’re already planning our next trip back. Thank you so much to the team at the Langham Gold Coast, you truly made our stay extra special

I went to Brisbane and the Langham apartments were the HIGHLIGHT of our trip. Pleasant helpful staff and beautiful rooms with Diptyque toiletries. Beautiful pools and steps away from a beach that had no dogs running amok and with a lifeguard so we felt safe. Their little cafe is a brilliant idea and had the most beautiful views, delightful pastries and coffees and chirpy friendly staff that brighten up the morning. The pool staff were great and responsive especially one guy whose name I sadly can’t remember but he was always keeping himself busy helping everyone. W ordered food from the pool, there were halal options and the prices were so reasonable and tasted amazing. Just perfect. I will come again to Brisbane just to stay here. If there is one thing that could be improved would be daily housekeeping and turndown service for the service apartments, if made an option I am sure people would be okay to pay more for it.

We had a wonderful stay at The Langham Gold Coast. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Pardis at reception, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensured our stay was enjoyable from the moment we arrived. Her warm attitude and genuine kindness made a lasting impression.
