⭐☆☆☆☆ Beware. Mould, cold, noisy, with poor maintenance combined with highly unsatisfactory management and a very cold pool. Booked through Expedia and room looked great. Then googled location after booking and my heart dropped reading recent reviews and instantly regretted my decision. Called hotel prior to arrival spoke to Mark the manager who assured my room has very little noise 11 pm to 6 am. However there is so much noise at night!! Moving furniture, screaming from street, nightclub noise, car races, slamming doors, buses and trucks and deliveries to cafes directly across that open 6 am. Noise can easily be rectified by updating the windows which look ancient. No amount of ear plugs would help. Cleaner mopping outside of room and vacumming before 6 am. Not cleaners fault. The room was not fit for stay. Visible mould, strong damp smell, and an unclean, poorly maintained space that fell well below expectations. Management’s handling of our issues were unacceptable. The mould was not addressed, a refund was refused, and our concerns were not properly resolved. Despite requesting email-only contact, communication and management became intrusive. Having a (very luke warm) shower before 7pm to avoid my mouldy room and management banging on door in the open area of the shower. I left at 6.59 pm to my room. Very rude. We attempted to check out early (7am first morning) but no refund or reasonable resolution was offered. My Expedia cancellation request refused. An upgrade was not accepted as a remedy. We would not recommend this property and would not return ever any any circumstances. Also note: Pool is not as advertised 28 degrees and no staff onsite 7pm to 7am. Not open sunrise in winter and sunset in summer. TV old and tiny and not a smart tv. Stained bedding and cushions on arrival. Mouldy tea bags. Loud bathroom door, water goes everwhere in bathroom and uses up so many towls. No fan in studio. Studio is on just over 22m2 and standard 5 star 40-60 sq. Dust bunnies, spiders and mould in communial laundry. Pool is serviced at times which impacts experience. Duck poo around pool. No security on site no staff on site. Management and staff need more training. Faulty towers meets twilight zone and needs a intervention desperately. Better off booking at backpackers and save the money and stress. 🤢

I lost count of how many stays we have had with you but every single time it never fails, the room size, ocean view, facilities and professional friendly team are second to none in Noosa. The split bedroom main area and studio are superb for the second bathroom/bedroom and added privacy when travelling. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them to assist you. Beautifully serviced rooms by a friendly team leave the apartment sparkling each day. In our 12 days there we had to change hotel for 4 nights and the difference even though still on Hastings street was second to none. It was such a pleasure to come back and enjoy the balcony and view. There is a saying in life that “quality has a price to pay” and that is always evident In staying at Tingirana. It would be unfair to single out anyone in particular because everyone was incredible. A special mention if anyone is physically impaired the lift to each level can be rare in apartments as we discovered at another place on Hastings.

Location was AMAZING! Cannot beat it and the complimentary towels for the beach made it even more convenient. The complimentary breakfast each day is also a lovely touch that wasn’t expected and a very generous gesture for all the guests. The room was small, but we only booked a studio so that is expected. It was very clean and well maintained. No cooking facilities in the studio obviously, but plenty of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. If we come again we’ll definitely book the bigger apartment as they looked fabulous.

Great spot in Noosa and the room was perfect. The room and bed were clean and very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and all amenities were well maintained. Easy check-in made arrival seamless, and the parking was ideal. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. While the pool in the main attraction, the only downside was the chair hoarding. Many guests left their belongings on chairs from around 7am and then went to the beach or out for walks for long periods before returning later, which made it difficult for others to use the pool area. I did email Tingirana during my stay but didn’t receive a response. A simple booking or time-limit system for pool chairs could help ensure fairness for all guests.
