Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street

I stayed at the Hilton Little Queen Street weekly throughout May and June and it consistently delivered. The service and cleanliness were impeccable every single visit without exception. A special mention must go to Darrien Warren, who went above and beyond on every stay, accommodating additional requests and ensuring each visit felt comfortable and genuinely looked after. That level of consistency from staff is rare and worth recognising. The location is exceptionally convenient, and their restaurant Luci is well worth visiting. It rounded out what was already a standout hotel experience. If you're in Melbourne for work or leisure, this is the one.

We spent a week here and it was wonderful 💯 🙌 The service was so warm, welcoming and friendly by the reception team. They were simply beautiful people with such joy! A total credit to your enterprise 🩷The room was spotless, roomy and perfect for us for the week. Huge, wonderful shower, big comfy bed. With Melbourne food options we didn't eat in, but we did enjoy the Douglas Bar at the end of a few nights out for last drinks.

Excellent stay in a perfect location!Highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, closing to some of the best restaurants and coffee shops. The room was clean and very quiet. What made the stay even better was the friendly staff at both the front desk and the restaurant. As a Gold card member, I received the continental breakfast; the food quality was great, and the filter coffee was also excellent.

Absolutely beautiful staff so accommodating and welcoming, nothing too much trouble, every staff member we interacted with from check-in to check out including coming across them in the halls and lifts acknowledged us with a smile and this made for such a pleasant stay. Lovely immaculately clean rooms, supremely comfortable beds. Highly recommend, convenience to the tram stop made pretty much everywhere around Melbourne extremely easy to navigate and accessible. Also building is really beautiful, I was impressed the honor they've given to the building's heritage in their renovations and extensions. Loved it and have all ready booked again for another longer city getaway in a few months. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
