Set in the heart of leafy Spring Hill, Parklands Social is a neighbourhood deli and grill shaped by the golden age of New York's social clubs - where the room is designed for conversation, long lunches give way to late evenings, and familiarity is built over time. The pace is unhurried, the atmosphere builds, and no one is ever in a rush to leave.

Led by Executive Chef Matthew Glover, the menu draws on New York's most iconic traditions - reimagined with Queensland produce and a focus on seasonality. Signature dishes include house-made focaccia, chicken broth with matzo ball dumplings, and the Little Joe's NY strip with celeriac purée, charred scallion, and café de Paris butter - alongside a classic New York cheesecake to finish.
