Glebe Park offers two playgrounds, set amongst grand elm trees and tranquil green space in the heart of the city.
The nature playground has been carefully designed to complement the natural environment, featuring timber climbing structures and balancing beams.
Meanwhile, a family playground features modern equipment including climbing frames, slides and swings catering to all ages.
Surrounded by green space Glebe Park's playgrounds are a popular destination for families visiting Canberra's City Centre.
Such a beautiful place for young and adults to enjoy and relax. Very spacious and with wonderful flora. They do not have too much playground equipment but what they have is enough for the young ones to enjoy.
Glebe park is a beautiful place for both children and adults. Spread over a wide area just beside Canberra Centre , the park has a lot of space for children to play. Besides the existing facilities such as swings, slides, monkey bars and see-saw, there are heaps of equipment such as water pipes, balls, tyres, fabrics, paints, etc provided by PLAYFUL ENDEAVOUR, City Renewal Authority to be engaged with. Adults can have a stretch on the green grass or take a walk.

A beautiful little park in the middle of the city. Playgrounds are pitched at the 4-12 years age groups and there's a wheelchair friendly area. A great place to get some sunshine on a spring or autumn day.
It was the closest park area near the Crown plaza hotel and it was also the best in the area. Lots of green space and also entertaining areas if you wanted to meet and have a day out with family or friends. The playground had lots of options of what to do but the main attraction seemed to be the water pump and water play area. The kids joined together and spent hours playing amongst themselves or with a group of other kids in the park. Had covered areas for events or gatherings and benches for sitting. We also enjoyed a couple meals at the picnic tables which had covered umbrellas that were able to be used.
