The staff at endota Belconnen are absolutely wonderful! The endota facility itself is beautiful - gentle and relaxing, also fresh and modern. I had a great experience there!

This was my first visit to Endota spa at Belconnen. I was given a gift voucher , so I decided on a customised facial. Probably the best facial I've ever had. Emily was welcoming, kind and friendly. My skin felt wonderful after. Thankyou. 😊

I recieved a gift voucher for this salon, and was mildly hesitant having never been here before (or any other endota locations). I had the pleasure of seeing Navneet for the rejuvenate package today, which was such a great experience. The vibe and ambience of the salon was certainly relaxation inducing, however it was Navneet's clear passion about her craft that shone through and levelled up the experience here for me. I felt Navneet listened to my concerns and provided genuine recommendations to assist in my skincare routine, by explaining alot of things to me and not trying to just upsell a bunch of product onto me (as some salons do). As someone who has worked within the industry here in Canberra, I can definitely see from a technical perspective the professionalism and experience Navneet has, and will certainly be back in future to have a treatment based upon the service I received today. I generally use cosmeceuticals, so was concerned that maybe some of the facial products might be a bit provocative for me skin - however the quality of products was pretty decent and as someone with combo skill, I wasnt left feeling greasy or oily afterwards. The sribs was divine, and the oil blends used were not overbearing and asthma inducing. You would think that being in the mall, there would be alot of noise coming through - but it was actually really serene and felt like you were completely in your own space. I saw alot of reviews mentioning cancelled appointments or cutting treatments short - thankfully that was not my experience, and if anything, I felt Navneet was very true to time and in fact went over to ensure I got the end advice and client care prior to my departure - obviously I cannot speak to all bookings with others though. Overall, a great experience and would recommend.

I have had my back waxed for years but what I experienced today was absolutely terrible! So many times the wax strip took two times to get off! I now have a red scar on the left side of my neck which has never happened before!! I won’t be back and I will be going elsewhere from now on!
