Shaun really knows his craft — he took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a clean, precise cut that exceeded expectations. Attention to detail is next level, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients walking out looking sharp and feeling confident. The service was friendly, relaxed, and top quality from start to finish. Highly recommend Shaun if you’re after a premium barber who takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had Liam, and from the moment I walked in he was friendly and professional. I have a date tomorrow and a wedding coming up, and this was my first time growing out facial hair, so I gave him a lot of freedom and simply asked for his honest opinion on what would suit me best. He put a massive amount of thought and consideration into it before even starting and took his time to get everything just right. You can tell how much pride he takes in his work and how much he genuinely cares about the end result. It was a little on the expensive side, but you definitely get what you pay for. I've been having a really rough time lately, so I'm glad I went the extra mile and invested in some important self-care. I honestly can't argue with the end result — he absolutely nailed it.

Overall, I had a good experience and the barber was professional, friendly, and clearly skilled at what he does. The haircut looked great when I left the shop, and he put effort into making sure everything looked neat and tidy. However, during the haircut there was a moment where I feel there may have been a misunderstanding or a lapse in attention, and a section of hair that I had been growing for about four months was cut much shorter than I wanted. At the end, he tried to blend and fix it, and with the styling and blow-drying it wasn't obvious to me at the time. I left the shop happy with the result. It wasn't until I got home that my partner pointed out that the section I had been growing was significantly shorter than planned. Looking at it more closely, I realized that more hair had been removed than I had requested. My feedback is simply that when something doesn't go to plan, a little honesty and communication can go a long way.
