Point Hut Pond Park

Best place to take kids out for a fun evening or just a picnic on sunny weekend. Has equipment to suit all age groups. Can do a small walk around the lake with dog if so fancies. Never been disappointed!

Great pond to fish. I didn’t catch anything but thats not the point as i have been told haha. It is an amazing pond. Good views good for kids. Just come here chill and relax or have a bbq. I met a very friendly father and son fishermen duo who were catching a lot of fish. I was envious but they were great people, gave me a bell for my rod.

Great little lake with good path for walking to get some exercise, low impact and great for a spot of fishing, Around the lake there is seating in multiple areas for taking in the views with also 2 play grounds one large on the eastern side of the lake and a small one at the northern end, BBQ areas on the eastern side along with toilet facilities available here, two carparks available.

What a great place to walk! Even though windy, this was an easy walk around the lake. Well worth it.
