We were fortunate enough to stay in their new premier cabins, and what a treat it was. Full kitchen, washer/dryer combo, split AC in all rooms. Clean, well equipped and great view. Walk to the brewery, short drive into town, and golf course, shop was well stocked. Exceptionally kid friendly, ticked all the kids boxes.
It's been great and I don't know what the rooms are like because we are camping in tents. The service is our own service. We cook our own food. The location is perfect right in town. However, the showers are only warm. I haven't yet had a hot shower
I would say the best park to stay in Alice. Even a local coppa recommended it. Unless you want to get out of town a bit. Very safe, good security. Heaps of sites. Pet area. Non pet area. Spacious sites. Sunset area was nice. Good amenities and plenty of them. Food trucks in the evening. Awesome brewery across the road with happy hours.
We loved this park! It is very family friendly and well maintained. It is obvious that the owners put in effort to make sure a good time is had. Pancakes, movie nights and marshmallows on sunset hill are on offer. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
From 10th to 11th May, I stayed at Discovery Parks - Alice Springs with four of my friends in a chalet that can comfortably accommodate up to six people. It is a comfortable, well-laid-out, and handy unit with all the required utensils and facilities for a pleasant stay. I would like to bring to the attention of the management that the bathroom commode appeared not to have been cleaned properly with the correct brushes or cleaning equipment. It also seemed that the person responsible may not have been properly trained for the task. If required, I would even be happy to provide training free of charge, or assist in supplying proper brushes if they are not available in Alice Springs, as this issue can negatively affect the overall impression of an otherwise good unit. I hope the management will take this review positively and continue improving their service for future guests. The front desk staff were very good, helpful, and professional, and all the information materials were neatly displayed.
