Your Sounds of Silence experience begins with canapes and chilled sparkling wine upon a dune top overlooking the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. As the sun sets and darkness falls, listen to the sound of a didgeridoo and join your table of fellow travellers for an unforgettable dining experience.

Their attentive staff will offer a selection of Australian wine and beer while the first course is served at your table. As the night sky twinkles to life, you will be welcomed to an interactive chef's station where you will be served your choice from their freshly prepared, bush tucker inspired menu incorporating native bush ingredients. Settle back and listen to their resident star talker decode the southern night sky. Locate the Southern Cross, the signs of the zodiac, the Milky Way, as well as planets and galaxies that are visible due to the exceptional clarity of the atmosphere.

Some experiences are so magical they stay with you forever, and the Sounds of Silence Dinner is definitely one of them. From champagne and canapés overlooking Uluru and Kata Tjuta at sunset, to the haunting sounds of the didgeridoo, candlelit dinner under the stars and fascinating astronomy experience, every moment felt incredibly special. There was also a wonderful sense of connection as strangers came together to share a meal, laughter and appreciation for such a special place. The guides used lasers to point out constellations, planets and the Milky Way, while sharing captivating Dreamtime stories. Sharing this unforgettable evening with my parents and partner made it even more special. A beautiful memory — don’t miss it!
