Lime Bay Campground is a campground within the Lime Bay State Reserve, managed by the Parks and Wildlife Service Tasmania.
The Lime Bay Campground is flanked by crescent-shaped beaches and sits on a sandy shelf just above the waterline with views across Norfolk Bay. The shady campsites are suitable for tents, caravans and campervans.
The new Parks Online Booking System is being rolled out in November, designed to make it simpler for visitors to find, book and manage parks experiences (including camping). The system will allow visitors to make bookings online before heading off on their next adventure.
Facilities include four pump-flush toilets and camp fireplaces. Fire restrictions are common in Summer and fuel stoves are recommended for cooking. Always check local signage and the PWS website for campfire restrictions before lighting a campfire.
Generators are permitted here but must be switched off by 10pm. All other noise, including music must also stop by 10pm.
