Seagrass Chalet is a cosy three-bedroom, two-storey holiday home in Swanwick, sleeping up to six guests. Directly opposite Swanwick Boat Ramp and a short walk from Sandpiper Beach, it's perfectly positioned for exploring Coles Bay and the Freycinet Peninsula.
The home has three bedrooms with two queen beds and one double bed, all professionally prepared with fresh linen and extra blankets. The open-plan ground floor features a fully equipped family kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge, plus a bathroom with shower over a small bath, separate toilet, washing machine and porta cot.
Warm timber interiors and large windows create a bright, welcoming atmosphere. Upstairs, the spacious main bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking Moulting Lagoon, with views towards the Hazards and, on a lucky night, the Aurora Australis. The two smaller bedrooms overlook the Hazards Mountain Range; please note, only one has a closable door.
The loft room is unavailable due to steep stairs and insurance restrictions. Guests may use only the ground and first floors.
Pets are welcome by prior request for an additional fee. The property is not fully fenced, so guests must keep dogs safely within the boundaries. CCTV monitors the front entrance.
