The history of Albany and the Great Southern is revealed in stories on this tour. From the Albany Visitor Centre travel along Marine Drive with a view of King George Sound, to the National ANZAC Centre. The interactive displays will take you on an intimate journey of a participant in the war. Travel the Avenue of Honour, which leads to the Memorial of the Desert Mounted Corps and Padre White Lookout. Take in the view that the departing ANZAC Troops had before they sailed onwards to war, for some of them, the last vision of their homeland. See Breaksea and Michaelmus Islands, and the lighthouse. Journeying into the city centre, past the oldest farm in Western Australia and visit one of the earliest homes in Western Australia at Patrick Taylor Cottage. The tour includes morning tea/coffee and scones, jam and cream. We're a member of the elite group of tourism operators in Western Australia, part of the Dream Collective.
