2 Bedroom Duplex
Upon entry to this 2 Bedroom Duplex (formerly known as the 2 Bedroom Villa), you will find an intimate lounge with TV/DVD, leather sofa and armchair. The adjacent dining area has a large table for 4 people which joins a wide galley-style kitchen with a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and cooktop. A large bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet neighbours the two bedrooms, both with king-size bed (one can be split into two single beds upon request). With reverse cycle air-conditioning for all year-round comfort and an outdoor table setting for enjoying those warmer nights and days. There is parking for one vehicle. Please note that pets are strictly not permitted in any accommodation at BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park.
2 Bedroom Deluxe Chalet
The modern 2 Bedroom Deluxe Chalets feature a queen bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. Living area with lounge, television and DVD player, fully self-contained kitchen with oven, microwave and full-size refrigerator/freezer. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Reverse cycle air-conditioning will keep you comfortable all year round. Outside is a small verandah with a table setting. Please note that pets are strictly not permitted in any accommodation at BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park.
Powered Sites (max 8m)
BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park offers a variety of Powered Sites to suit most camping needs. Guests can choose from beautifully maintained grassed sites, shaded areas, or concrete slab sites, all with convenient power hookups. These sites are ideal for caravans, motorhomes, and camper trailers up to 8 metres (26 feet) in total length, including the drawbar and any items hanging on the back bumper. Campers with larger equipment should inquire about the availability of Large Powered Sites or alternative dates. For tent campers staying longer than a week, the park kindly requests relocation of the tent after a few days to aid in grass maintenance. It's important to note that BIG4 Emu Beach operates a pet-friendly policy on Powered Sites, except peak periods between December 17th and January 28th, and Easter holidays. During these times, pets are not permitted on any Powered Sites. Additionally, reservations made during peak season or Easter require completion and return of a Site Agreement Form within 48 hours of booking online to secure the reservation.
2 Bedroom Chalet
The 2 Bedroom Chalet is comfortable accommodation for a family of 4. Inside you will find an open-plan living area with a leather sofa, wall-mounted TV/DVD, four-seat dining table and kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and cooktop. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two single ensembles. The bathroom has a step-in shower and toilet. This chalet has reverse cycle air-conditioning for all year-round comfort and an outdoor table setting on the front deck for enjoying those warmer nights and days. Inside, you'll find two spacious bedrooms - a master with a king-size bed and a second bedroom featuring two sets of bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a side-opening oven, full-size fridge, microwave, and table setting for six. Guests can unwind in the comfortable lounge area featuring a TV/DVD player. BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park offers Ensuite Powered Sites for those seeking a premium camping experience. These spacious sites boast private, modern bathrooms and a grassy area, all located close to the beach and family activities. Suitable for caravans, motorhomes, and tents (with a length restriction), the sites also provide power, water hookups, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. However, pets are not allowed on Ensuite Powered Sites. A Site Agreement Form is required for reservations during peak season (December 17th to January 28th) and Easter. Campers with pets can explore BIG4 Emu Beach's Powered Sites, which are pet-friendly outside of peak periods.

Large Powered Sites (9m)
BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park caters to larger rigs with their Large Powered Sites. These larger sites are over 9m/27ft in length (including draw-bar and hanging on the back bumper items) allowing for larger equipment. However, due to the park's older design, the number of Large Powered Sites is limited. Campers requiring a Large Powered Site and finding their desired dates unavailable are encouraged to contact the park for alternative options. As with standard Powered Sites, tent campers staying longer than a week may be kindly requested to relocate their tent after a few days to allow for grass maintenance. It's important to note that BIG4 Emu Beach operates a pet-friendly policy on Large Powered Sites, with the exception of peak periods between December 18th and January 28th, and Easter holidays. During these times, pets are not permitted on any Large Powered Sites.
