About

Since opening in 2013, their architecturally acclaimed converted warehouse has become a cornerstone of Western Australia's dining scene.

Originally built in 1898 as a pharmaceutical warehouse, the heritage-listed building was carefully restored to preserve its rich character and history. Today, its story continues in the heart of Fremantle, where hand-built wood-fired ovens form the soul of the restaurant.

Guests are welcomed into a communal dining space designed for connection—over wood-fired, preservative-free bread, generous shared plates, and minimal intervention wines.

With a deep respect for seasonality and sustainability, they bake, ferment, pickle, and preserve using the best local produce available. Their menus are shaped by honest ingredients, responsibly sourced seafood, and ethical farming practices that reflect a commitment to both flavour and the future.
