Swim with Sea-Lions Jurien Bay

Swim with Sea-Lions Jurien Bay

Jurien Bay is about 220 kilometres north from Perth and there are many sea lion cubs on this uninhabited island about 20 minutes by boat from the boat harbour. The sea lion cubs are as cute as a puppy swimming in the water! On the way from Perth to Jurien Bay, they also stop by the tourist destinations of Pinnacles and Lancelin Dunes. As this is a snorkelling tour, even those who do not have a diving licence can participate. It is a snorkelling tour that can be enjoyed by the family!

Rottnest Island Dive or Snorkel

Rottnest Island Dive or Snorkel

The best thing about Rottnest Island Diving and Scuba Diving in Perth is the Fantastic dive sites that are located so close to Perth City. Fremantle is the main Port of Perth City and this makes Fremantle the best place to jump on a boat and head over to Scuba Dive Rottnest Island. Rottnest Island is a limestone rock-based Island, being of a soft porous composition. This soft rock coupled with the open Indian ocean currents, has created deep crevices, caverns and huge swim thru’s like you have never seen before. The soft corals are amazing, the fish life is truly diverse and the exploratory nature of the maze of caves is just sensational. Snorkellers are welcome on the Rottnest Island trips. Please note that Snorkellers will be taken to locations adjacent to the main dive site that are suitable for viewing from a snorkel depth. Dive Traveller's have a tender available to take snorkellers a short distance to suitable snorkel sites so non-divers can enjoy their day out at Rottnest Island.
