Join them to dive the amazing Ningaloo Reef. One of the largest fringing coral reefs in the world and home to the 'big three'; whale sharks, humpback whales and manta rays and well as turtles, reef sharks and other cool marine life! Hard corals make up a large portion of the reef forming surge channels, coral outcrops and rocky ledges. There are common sightings of reef sharks, wobbegongs, turtles, sea snakes, moray eels, rays, big pelagic fish, large schools of snapper, trivially and perch, as well as awesome macro life such as nudibraches, octopus and shrimps. The sound of the humpback whale song during the dives is an incredible and moving experience!

Dive and snorkel the magical Muiron Islands- two deserted islands located nine nautical miles north of Exmouth, surrounded by white sand. Swim off their boat and relax on your own deserted beach. This is Ningaloo at its best. Here there is an abundance of soft corals, gorgonians, and sponges fringing the edge of the islands and incredible fish life, dolphins, whales and mantas travelling through. Soft corals provide beautiful colours and movement in the water and also are a favourite of turtles, which are there in abundance. Many of the sites also have swim throughs, filled with glass fish and cod. Their favourite site is a beautiful drift dive between the islands. If nudibranchs are your thing, then you’ll love these dives!

The world- renowned Exmouth Navy Pier has been voted as one of the top 10 dive sites in Australia, and one of the top shore dives in the world, and it is right here on our doorstep! The Navy Pier is a photographer’s dream as it boasts a huge variety of marine life to delight every type of diver; those who love big impressive sights, and those who love the small stuff. The pier structure is a macro wonderland. Nudibranches of all shape and colour, flat worms, scorpion fish, frog fish moray eel, toad fish, shrimp and octopus fill every nook and cranny. Cruising through the shadowy structure are also big schools of snapper, rabbit fish and fusiliers, huge grouper, sea snakes and sharks, commonly grey nurse, reef and wobbegongs. The structure is covered with soft corals and sponges that utilize the currents to feed and this attracts colourful reef fish, butterfly, angel, moorish idol and parrotfish.
We did our PADI open water dive course with Dive Ningaloo. Our instructor Emily was amazing! Very clear instruction and a patient and reassuring teacher. We felt confident and well cared for on our dives on the reef with Emily. The dives themselves were good. Lots of sea life, manta ray, bronze whaler sharks, green sea turtles and some divers even got to see humpback whales on their dive! The coral though was sadly in bad shape. Lots of dead and bleached coral due to a recent bleaching event and cyclone in the previous 6 months. The sea creatures appear to still be thriving. The crew were amazing, always friendly, kind and helpful. Thanks so much you guys for such a great experience !
Most boring dive ever. If you’re an experienced diver and enjoy swimming around the same bommie four times, followed by nothing but sand at a maximum depth of 6 metres, and paying $200 for it, then this is the right place for you. A complete waste of time and money. The trip was supposed to be a double dive on the outer reef. We’ve been diving all around Australia for the past two years, and we both work in the diving industry, so we fully understand that conditions can change, and that’s absolutely fine. This review is not about the dive site being changed or about what marine life you might see underwater—nature is unpredictable. The problem is that, despite changing the plan, we were only given a small refund and still charged $192 for what was essentially one very shallow dive near the jetty, where anyone could easily go snorkelling or freediving. The tour lasted six hours, and the dive itself was more like a Discover Scuba Dive than a certified dive. We surfaced with 110 bar left after simply circling the same bommie and heading back up. This was nothing like what we expected from a dive on the Ningaloo Reef. There was no option to reschedule either. Very disappointing, and I absolutely cannot recommend this dive shop.
Highly recommend Dive Ningaloo for your Exmouth diving trips! Fantastic boat, friendly crew, experienced dive guides and a great lunch spread, to boot 👌
Very good tour operator, I had them organise both my scuba diving and whale shark trips. Very helpful office staff & good communication. Dive boat was good if not a bit cramped for a full house of 20 guests, a bit tight when setting up dive gear etc. Dive groups were probably a bit too big, could do with an extra dive instructor to have better spread of divers. No issues with safety but would have expected a better roll call with divers getting in/out of the water, simple signature at end of the days is probably a bit lax on that side of things. Otherwise very enjoyable day out, basic lunch on offer but decent enough. I would dive with them again & they seem to be one of the better operators out of Exmouth.
Fabulous. Highly recommend! Professional and friendly. Office staff, dive crew, boat skipper and instructor were all top notch. We had a group of 5 ranging from dive master/instructor to 16 year old completing open water dives. Great experience across the board. Instructor Alex was outstanding. Office team made some great moves to accommodate our open water class. Impressive boat captains. And can't forget the diving. Sharks, manta rays, turtles and tons of coral and fish.
