This silent disco walking tour is for music lovers, history buffs and seekers of awesome experiences. You are invited to share your own stories and sing-a-long. This tour is available for private group bookings only.
Rockingham Sunset and Stargazing Tour
The Rockingham Sunset and Stargazing Tour offers a relaxing evening experience combining coastal scenery and guided astronomy. Guests gather at Shoalwater Foreshore Reserve to enjoy the changing colours of sunset across the ocean before the night sky reveals its stars, planets, and constellations. Guests may also spot Australian sea lions resting on Seal Island through the telescope, along with pelicans and other coastal birds. As darkness settles, a professional astro tour guide leads an engaging journey through the night sky, sharing stories and scientific insights while using a laser pointer to identify celestial objects. Guests also have the opportunity to look through a telescope for close-up views of the Moon, planets, and star clusters. Participants are encouraged to bring their own picnic and enjoy the peaceful coastal setting while the sun sets and the stars begin to appear.

Rockingham Cultural Tour
Hidden deTours is excited to team up with In Culture Tours for a Noongar cultural walking tour along the beautiful Rockingham Foreshore using silent disco technology. This unique tour is hosted by two tour guides from different cultural backgrounds - Monique Boucher from Hidden deTours and Whadjuk tour guide Steven Jacobs. Combined they share stories about First Nations and European history in the area from past to present. Moordibeedip (Rockingham) is steeped in rich Aboriginal history from over 50,000 years ago. Hear dreamtime stories about how Meendip (Garden Island) came to be and the significance of ceremonies for Noongar people in this area. Through the wonder of silent disco headphones Noongar stories, history and culture are brought to life with a musical soundtrack. Experience a Welcome to Country, smoke ceremony and sand-throwing ceremony on the beach, before we continue our journey along the foreshore. The smoking ceremony is subject to weather conditions. Learn about Aboriginal lore and culture, the importance of skin groups, bush medicine, and local food procurement. The impacts of colonisation will be discussed, such as genocide and the stolen generation, with truth-telling at the heart of how we all move forward together in this country.
