Great Southern Outback Tours and Accommodation is a privately owned bespoke outback touring company located in the beautiful Kalgan River Valley near the Port City of Albany.
They offer small group very affordable safari-style off-the-beaten-track nature-based eco-tour adventures discovering the glorious rural landscapes of Western Australia’s southern coast from the rugged coastal cliffs of the Southern Ocean to the pioneering Goldfields and all points in between.
They have some outstanding tour destinations which not only include short 7 day tours but also the Wheatbelt to Goldfields Epic Outback Wilderness 15-Day Tour following the story of the “Holland Track” (one of the great ‘WA road trips”) to the Eastern Goldfields to experience the life of the miners along with the South West Edge - Margaret River, Wave Rock to Esperance and Avon Valley Wilderness Discovery Escape 12 Day Tour

From collaboration with McLeod Tours this tour commences from Perth and takes in the famous wine and food regions of Busselton, Augusta and Margaret River with 3 days of memorable experiences. We start our journey by leaving Margaret River on an eleven (11) day tour to Katanning and Albany to saviour the Taste Great Southern Wine and Food Festival and then into the Southern Wheatbelt with additional overnight stays in Wave Rock and Northam. This tour includes superb fine dining experiences at a range of restaurants in the Great Southern complimented with wine tastings at well known vineyards such as Walker’s Hill Vineyard in Lake Grace and concludes with a superb fine dining experiences at a Swan Valley vineyard so from cool climate to dry climate grape varieties!
