Jurien Bay Marine Park is located between 200 to 300 kilometres north of Perth. It extends south from Green Head to the southern boundary of Nambung National Park (Wedge Island) and encompasses many of the islands located in this region. It is known for its beauty and abundance of marine life.
With excellent fishing, diving, snorkelling and swimming, Jurien Bay Marine Park is a popular place for anyone who loves water-based fun.
Home to large colonies of rare Australian Sea Lions, Jurien Bay Marine Park also harbours seabirds, western rock lobsters and a huge variety of fish.
Join a tour to watch the sea lions and you may see whales migrating along the coast or dolphins frolicking offshore.
Snorkelling and diving in this area is first rate and scuba diving charters are available from the town of Jurien Bay.
A small section of the park is a sanctuary but fishing, swimming and diving are allowed in the majority of the marine park area.
This is an awesome part of the WA coastline. The beautiful sunsets compliment the amazing beaches white sand and turquoise waters.
Honestly speaking, the water is not clear at all, very overrated beaches. Town is okay
Did not go to the Marine park but couldn't help capture the beauty of this
All-right beach, but don’t head here for the snorkeling… The artificial coral tour is no more; if you try to have a peep understand that the reef is 4m deep and snorkeling gear wont cut it in these murky waters…
Beautiful place but unfortunately started raining before we could fully explore the place
