Mandurah Coastal Holiday Park is a relaxed stroll from one of the best beaches Mandurah has to offer as well as the expansive Peel Inlet with its abundant marine life and natural beauty.
As the best-located caravan and camping and tourist accommodation park right in the heart of Mandurah, it is the perfect spot for you, your friends, family or work colleagues to stay and soak up the atmosphere.
Two or three minutes’ walk from shopping, cafes, fantastic eateries and hotels, the park is the perfect starting point to enjoy all the great facilities and attractions Mandurah has to offer.
The accommodation is well-priced, and affordable and ranges from powered tent and caravan sites through to Motel Backpacker Units, Beach Shacks and fully self-contained ensuite Cabins.
Powered Recreational Vehicle (RV) sites are also pet-friendly.

Deluxe Family Cabin (6)
The Deluxe Family Cabin sleeps six people and is ideal for big families or sharing with friends. The family cabin is fully self-contained with an en suite bathroom and has a double bed made up of all linen in its own bedroom. There are two sets of bunk beds in a separate room for additional people. Coffee and tea-making facilities are available as well as towels and complimentary soap. There is a flatscreen television with a DVD player in the living area and the kitchen has a full stovetop and oven, microwave, refrigerator, and kettle, all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are also provided.
Beachshack (2-4)
This beach shack sleeps two to four people and is ideal for couples and families. The beach shack is fully self-contained with an en suite bathroom and has a double bed made up of all linen. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living area. Linen can be collected upon arrival. Coffee and tea-making facilities are available as well as towels and complimentary soap. There is a flatscreen television with a DVD player in the living area. The kitchen has a convection microwave, refrigerator, kettle, all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are also provided. Please note there is no cooktop.

There are two sets of bunk beds in a separate room for additional people as well as a pull-out sofa in the living area. Linen can be collected upon arrival. Coffee and tea-making facilities are available as well as towels and complimentary soap. There is a flatscreen television with a DVD player in the living area. The kitchen has a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are also provided.
Grassed Powered Camping Site
The grassed powered camping sites are within easy reach of the barbecue areas, children’s playground, camp kitchen and ablution blocks. Sites are available close to the amenities or in more secluded areas. Sites are also suitable for large groups. There is a variety of grassed sites available that either provide cooling shade or soak up the lovely winter sun. Sites are pet friendly and so is the local beach which is just 500 metres away. The maximum length of stay in a tent site is two weeks.

The family cabin is fully self-contained with an en suite bathroom and has a double bed made up of all linen in its bedroom. There is one set of bunk beds in the living area together with a pull-out sofa. Linen can be collected upon check-in. Coffee and tea-making facilities are available as well as towels and complimentary soap. There is a flatscreen television with DVD player in the living area. The kitchen has a convection microwave, refrigerator, kettle, all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are also provided. Please note there is no stovetop.
Concrete Pad Powered RV Site
Pad Powered Recreational Vehicle (RV) sites are very spacious and can accommodate any caravan, campervan, bus or motorhome. Sites are within close reach of the barbecue areas, children’s playground, camp kitchen and ablution blocks. Sites are available close to the amenities or in more secluded areas. Sites are also suitable for large groups. There are a variety of concrete pad sites available that either provide cooling shade or soak up the lovely winter sun. Sites and local beaches are pet friendly (the local beach is just 500 metres away). All sites are individually serviced with water, power and waste points. Dump points also available within the park.
Family Cabin (4)
This Family Cabin sleeps four people and is ideal for couples and small families. The Family Cabin is fully self-contained with an en suite bathroom and has a double bed made up of all linen in its bedroom. It also offers one set of bunk beds in the living area. Coffee and tea-making facilities are available as well as towels and complimentary soap. There is a flatscreen television with a DVD player in the living area and the kitchen has a convection microwave, refrigerator, and kettle, all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are also provided. Please note that the bunk bed is in the living area and that there is no cooktop/convection microwave suitable for baking, grilling and roasting. Additional full cooking facilities is available in their camp kitchen.
Cabin Non Ensuite (2)
This cabin sleeps two people and is ideal for singles and couples. The cabin has a double bed made up of all linen in an open-plan room. Coffee and tea-making facilities are available as well as towels and complimentary soap. There is a flatscreen television with a DVD player in the living area and the kitchen has a convection microwave, refrigerator, and kettle, all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are also provided. There is no private bathroom, however, the shared amenities block and camp kitchen are very close by. Please note that there is no en suite and no cooktop/convection microwave suitable for baking, grilling and roasting. Additional full cooking facilities are available in their camp kitchen. Minimum of two nights stay.
